La casa si trova a nord di Porto San Giorgio, in Borgo Andrea Costa 143, sul lato ovest del percorso urbano della Strada Statale Adriatica. Le abitazioni del lato ovest risalgono ai primi decenni del 1900 (tutela paesaggistica) e ancora oggi molte di esse conservano la struttura originaria in mattoncino, che per tanti anni ha caratterizzato "il Borgo".
La sua ubicazione garantisce facile accesso a tutti i servizi e alle attrazioni locali: in pochi minuti a piedi o in bicicletta, potrete raggiungere negozi di alimentari, supermercati, la farmacia, i parchi e la splendida spiaggia, a circa 500 metri di distanza. Il centro cittadino, con i suoi viali, negozi, piazze vivaci e il rinomato Teatro Comunale, dista solo un chilometro.
L'abitazione è ben isolata sul suo lato est, per attenuare il rumore del traffico della Strada Statale. Gli spazi all'aperto sono perfetti per il relax ed il gioco dei più piccoli, per la sicurezza dei quali riteniamo comunque opportuno raccomandare la supervisione degli adulti.
In definitiva, avrete a disposizione un rifugio situato in posizione strategica: vicino a tutte le bellezze e le utilità che la città offre ma al contempo sufficientemente lontano dai fastidi che potrebbero caratterizzare le località turistiche estive

The house is located north of Porto San Giorgio in Borgo Andra Costa, on the west side of the urban route of the Strada Statale Adriatica. The houses on the west side date back to the early decades of the 1900s (landscape protection) and many of them still retain the original brick structure that characterized "the Borgo" for many years.
Its location guarantees easy access to all services and local attractions: in just a few minutes on foot or by bike, you can reach grocery stores, supermarkets, the pharmacy, parks, and the beautiful beach, which is about 500 meters away. The city center, with its boulevards, lively squares, shops, and the renowned Municipal Theater, is only one kilometer away.
The house is well-insulated on the east side to minimize traffic noise from the Strada Statale; its outdoor spaces are perfect for play and relaxation, but for the safety of the little ones, we recommend supervision. In essence, you will have at your disposal a strategically located refuge: close to all the attractions and amenities the city offers yet far enough away from the inconveniences that can characterize summer tourist destinations
