The house is located north of Porto San Giorgio in Borgo Andrea Costa, on the west side of the urban route of the Strada Statale Adriatica. The houses on the west side date back to the early decades of the 1900s (landscape protection) and many of them still retain the original brick structure that characterized "the Borgo" for many years.

Its location guarantees easy access to all services and local attractions: in just a few minutes on foot or by bike, you can reach grocery stores, supermarkets, the pharmacy, parks, and the beautiful beach, which is about 500 meters away. The city center, with its boulevards, lively squares, shops, and the renowned Municipal Theater, is only one kilometer away.

The house is well-insulated on the east side to minimize traffic noise from the Strada Statale; its outdoor spaces are perfect for play and relaxation, but for the safety of the little ones, we recommend supervision. In essence, you will have at your disposal a strategically located refuge: close to all the attractions and amenities the city offers yet far enough away from the inconveniences that can characterize summer tourist destinations
